    In charge of Electronic Data Interchange for all of our data. Work closely with IT to make sure our carriers get all of our data in a timely manner. Customer Service calls from customers to resolve, educate, follow-up and respond to questions about benefit data. Answered emails from internal customer service reps. regarding EDI data discrepancies on existing files. Created tickets to Dev team department. Coordinated and managed EDI data information for dental, Vision and Chiro Insurance products. Work closely with customer service on a daily basis to resolve urgent tickets. Created Daily EDI Reports for management on a Daily, weekly, monthly and Quarterly basis. Worked closely with IT Dev team to create efficiencies in our EDI systems.

    Provided customer service to large bank customers. Reviewed and resolved customer tickets. Collaborated with other departments, for the proper scheduling and shipping of approved Office printer devices. Performed a high volume of data entry into MS access databases. Helpdesk duties, Trouble-shoot issues with customers over the phone. Created workflow charts for printer repair technicians to install and repair physical office printers. Created Daily and weekly reports to management about office printer tickets resolved and any trends for future issues.

"Isaac had multiple responsibilities within the department. He built and tested the rates, plans and benefits for insurance based websites, managed our customer service ticket system and created our first mobile app. Isaac has the technical skills to do the work and will eagerly learn anything with which he is unfamiliar. Isaac took on the ticket system because he best understood the customer connection to our technology. The Tech Support team leaned on his Plan maintenance expertise to help them explain issues to our broker customers and worked with the PM team to get them resolved quickly. After his first year of ticket management, he created a FAQ document our tech team could use during open enrollment. This resulted in a significant drop in inquiry calls that were instead re-directed to that source. Our Tech Support were then free to focus on reported issues and support the Sales force. When the company looked internally to create new income streams, Isaac presented his mobile app idea and got it approved. He and three others worked independently to create a design that met specific requirements. When his design was chosen, Executive comments were that it was user friendly and considered all ways in which our customers use our full website. Isaac then worked with IT to refine it for Production. It launched successfully and is widely used and appreciated. Isaac is a forward thinker. he researches trends and adapts them for best practices where applicable. He is not self-oriented; he is able to see his place in the big picture. He submits creative ideas and does the hard work to meet objectives when those ideas are greenlit. Isaac is a positive influence on a team. He does his part to keep morale up when the going gets tough. He and I talked frequently during our busiest seasons to see what spontaneous acts of kindness could boost the team when they needed stress relief. Isaac is a quick learner, who can adapt easily and will give you an honest effort.".
